Products

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Because natural botanicals vary from harvest to harvest, slight differences in color, texture, aroma, and appearance are normal and do not affect product quality.

Custom products are made specifically for each customer based on information provided during the consultation process.

Services

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve hair appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final service total. By booking an appointment, you agree to follow the preparation instructions provided before your service.

Custom Orders

Custom botanical oils, butters, teas, and tinctures require a consultation after purchase. Production begins only after the order has been confirmed by email. Estimated production times are provided during the confirmation process and may vary depending on the product ordered.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, or limited releases do not apply to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All formulas, product names, branding, logos, photographs, artwork, written content, videos, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Froggie's Hands and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
