Thank you for supporting Froggie's Hands! Every order is prepared with care, and many of our botanical products are handcrafted in small batches. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Custom orders require additional time and begin production only after all consultation details have been reviewed and confirmed by email.

Estimated production times:

• Custom Herbal Teas: Approximately 5–7 business days after consultation confirmation.
• Custom Botanical Oils, Butters, and Tinctures: Approximately 6–8 weeks after consultation confirmation due to the botanical infusion process.

Estimated completion and shipping dates will be provided by email once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping

Currently, Froggie's Hands ships within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, package weight, and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Art & "Pay What You Want" Pieces

Select artwork may be offered using a Pay What You Want model.

Customers choose the amount they wish to pay for the artwork. Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to the total before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Froggie's Hands is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Partial refunds or other resolutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through the payment methods offered during checkout, including major credit and debit cards and other supported payment options available through our e-commerce platform.

Payment is required in full before products are shipped or custom production begins.

For hair appointments, a non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
