At Froggie's Hands, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Returns

All sales are final.

For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our handcrafted botanical products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Herbal teas
• Botanical oils
• Body butters
• Tinctures
• Custom-made products
• Opened or used products

Custom Orders

Custom products are created specifically for you based on the information provided during your consultation.

Because each custom order is personalized, custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Please review your consultation information carefully before confirming your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrect
• Missing an item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at froggieshands@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review each situation individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed.

However, if we determine that an error occurred on our part or that your order qualifies for an exception, we may offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A partial refund
• A full refund

Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.

Because individual skin types and sensitivities vary, Froggie's Hands cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every person.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any topical product.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless required by law.
