Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping carrier.

Custom Orders

Our custom botanical products are handcrafted specifically for each customer.

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive a Custom Intake Form by email within 1–2 business days. Production does not begin until:

Your completed intake form has been received.

Your responses have been reviewed.

Your formulation has been confirmed by email.

Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive an estimated production and shipping timeline.

Estimated Production Times

Custom Herbal Tea Blends

Approximately 3–7 business days after formulation confirmation

Custom Botanical Oils

Approximately 6–8 weeks after confirmation, depending on the infusion method selected

Custom Botanical Tinctures

Approximately 6–8 weeks after confirmation, depending on the extraction method selected

Custom Botanical Butters

Production time varies depending on the formulation. Orders that require a fresh botanical infusion may take longer than standard formulations. An estimated completion date will be provided after your consultation.

Early Infusion Option

Customers ordering custom botanical oils or tinctures may choose to receive their product before the infusion period is complete.

If selected, your product will be shipped with the herbs still infusing, along with instructions for safely completing the infusion and straining the finished product at home after the recommended infusion period.

Communication

Prompt communication helps keep your order on schedule.

If additional information is needed to complete your formulation, production will be paused until we receive your response. Delays in communication may extend your estimated completion date.

Shipping Delays

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional delays may occur.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we'll contact you by email with an updated timeline.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, Froggie's Hands is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package appears to be lost:

Verify your shipping address.

Check with household members or neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier.

Reach out to us if additional assistance is needed. We'll gladly assist you whenever possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom formulations

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Partial refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Froggie's Hands.

"Pay What You Want" Artwork

Artwork offered under our Pay What You Want collection allows you to choose the amount you'd like to pay for the artwork.

Shipping costs are added separately at checkout and are not included in your chosen contribution.

Because artwork is original or produced in limited quantities, all artwork sales are final.

Appointments & Services

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve all braiding appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if:

You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

You do not arrive for your appointment.

You arrive so late that your appointment can no longer be completed.
